ASSEMBLY OF THE ABC™ BUILDING BLOCK SYSTEM

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

It is not allowed to mix the Raufoss ABC Building Block system with similar systems produced by other manufacturers.

The swivel should be mounted with the recommended torque (equal as for ABC Push-In). Remove the protection cap after mounting, directly before assembling the Building Block.

The ABC Building Block system is a two step connection. The parts are pressed together by hand. The connecting swivel and Building Block can be turned for positioning

When reaching the 1st step connection (safety), a controlled audible leakage will occur. Depending on the dimension and accessibility the connection can be re-pressed under pressure to seal the assembly.

DON’T USE THE ABC BUILDING BLOCK

IN COMBINATION WITH “RUBBER HOSES”
BETWEEN TRUCK AND TRAILER

FOR ALL ABC BUILDING BLOCK SYSTEM CONNECTIONS BETWEEN AXLE AND CHASSIS, THE ABC-BUILDING BLOCK HAS TO BE FIXED AGAINST THE SWIVEL BY USING A ROTOLOCK; A PROPER TUBE ROUTING IS REQUESTED.
